With two key objectives: improve the level of protection of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) in France and limit boat speeds in the Pelagos Sanctuary to prevent deadly collisions with cetaceans.

RECORD ATTEMPT
Noam Yaron will attempt to swim approximately 180 km across the Pelagos Sanctuary, the largest Marine Protected Area in the Mediterranean. During his preparation and throughout the 5 days and 5 nights - without leaving the water - Noam and his team will share powerful awareness messages about the urgent need to protect the Mediterranean and its biodiversity !
